In terms of APIs, we have a mature technology platform for microorganism fermentation and chemosynthesis. Through the use of advanced technologies such as synthetic biology (including enzyme engineering) and continuous manufacturing, we strive to achieve green production in compliance with environmental protection and safety standards, such as ISO14001 and ISO45001, while reducing production costs and increasing the market competitiveness of our API products.

As for APIs, we have established a new Joincare Biopharmaceutical Research Institute which focuses on developing (i) green pharmaceutical intermediates, (ii) enzymes used in the pharmaceutical industry and (iii) biochemical APIs.

To optimise the cost-efficiency of our products, we are collaborating with Tencent Quantum Lab to utilise AI technology in conducting research projects such as biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) in the field of synthetic biology, enabling us to further optimise biological metabolism and synthesis.
